Since Uranus Retrogrades at 24 degrees of Aquarius, any other transiting planet between now and the end of October which forms an aspect to this degree will also be significant. Uranus rules electricity and all forms of technology, so it will be particularly wise to exercise caution as far as these areas are concerned: guard against electric shocks, electrical storms, and computer glitches. With Uranus turning Retrograde, there may also be subtle but definite changes in the environment: the air quality may change, or seismographs may detect tremors deep within the earth.

What is proper for the families of the bride and groom to pay for in regard to the wedding?

It’s less and less common these days for the bride’s family to pay for the majority of a wedding. This is probably because couples are marrying later, have started their own careers and have their own incomes, and feel uncomfortable expecting their parents (especially just the bride’s) to pop for a wedding that, on average, costs $20,000.
