Four Get Fit – Mary

Introduction
Hello. My name is Mary. I am 25 years old and am struggling to get my weight down after the birth of my three children. I have tried all kinds of diets. If you have heard of a pill, I have tried it. Right now I try to eat healthy foods. But, with my schedule and trying to keep up with my children, I do eat a lot of on-the-go food.

I always have had a struggle with my weight. When I was in high school I averaged around 180 pounds. After high school I lost about 60 pounds. I have gained all of it back and more over the past seven years.

Here is a little bit about my personal life. I have been married for three years to a wonderful man who is very understanding about my goal to lose weight. I have three beautiful children ranging in age from 4 to 17 months.

Aaron is my oldest; he will be 4 on March 29. My beautiful daughter, Hannah, turned 2 on November 13. Last, but not least, is my youngest son, Jacob, who is 17 months old. His birthday is September 3.

If you do the math you will find that my last two children are 9 1/2 months apart. We have one other addition to our household: a wonderful, cute puppy named Scooter.

My goal is to get down to around 150 pounds. Right now I am 230 pounds. I want to start an exercise program that will boost my energy level and burn more fat. And, I want to reduce my fat intake and eat more healthy foods. I also need to start eating three meals a day.
